Caribbean Inspired Pork Chops
Now that I’ve married into a “Yardie” family, I can’t get enough of those delicious island flavors. I now keep on hand allspice, or pimiento seed as they call it, thyme, fresh ginger, and some bottled jerk and scotch bonnet sauce to add to so many dishes that I whip up. These porkchops are not a traditional Jamaican dish, but the flavors will make you think you’re on a sunny Montego Bay beach with a glass of rum punch in hand!
