Eggless, Porkless, Cheeseless Breakfast Sandwich
Leave the piggy alone, ditch the dairy, and save the eggs for the Easter Bunny. This sandwich is comforting, and filling, but completely vegan! I'm a newbie to the vegan world, and definitely haven't forgotten how much I loved the taste of my pork bacon, scrambled and eggs and CHEESE on EVERYTHANG!!! But my body is now telling me "girl, please" to all of that, so I've had to find products that don't sacrifice the taste but also don't compromise my health. Even if you're not vegan, it's a good idea to give your system a break from meat and dairy, so this is a great breakfast to incorporate into your diet here and there. I promise (like for real, for real) you will NOT be disappointed.
