Chocolate-Fix Mug Cake
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. Plus 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. granulated sugar (you can add 1 tbsp. more if you like it a bit sweeter; just taste the batter before baking and make a game time decision!)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. milk (I used a Coconut-Almond Milk Blend)
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp. hazelnut chocolate spread (ex. Nutella) or Hershey's chocolate syrup (which is what I used)
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add in wet.
Drop Hershey's syrup or Nutella right in the center
Microwave 65 seconds
Eat with ice ceam!! (My fave is Bluebell's Homemade Vanilla)
